Delivery

Provided the items are in stock, all orders will be sent out within 24 hours of receiving payment. Unless otherwise requested, first class mail will be used which should take 1 working day to be delivered. This however, is dependant on the Royal Mail and packages have been known to take longer. Proof of postage certificates are obtained and so, should an item go lost, it will be insured up to the amount of £34. We recommend that our customers purchase additional insurance for larger orders.

International Orders

We have the same delivery rates for everywhere in the world. Regular Airmail will be used unless otherwise requested and additional charges are paid for.

We do NOT ship Salvia to any country where it is illegal like Australia, Korea, Norway, Finland and certain states in the US.

All customers are responsible for checking the laws of their country/state before placing an order. We take no responsibility if an order is accidentally sent somewhere and then gets confiscated by customs.

Payment

The checkout system on this website is provided by paypal which is a secure and easy way to make payments. We do however also accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers. Please use the Contact Page to request additonal information on how to use alternative payment methods.


Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order then you can return it unused within 14 days of placing your order. We can assure our customers that we only sell quality products at Divine Shaman. Regretfully, we cannot issue refunds once an item has been used because each individual reacts to our products differently and we cannot be held responsible for personal variations.  All orders will be examined and weighed on return. If there is any sign of tampering then a refund will not be issued.
