Delivery Information
Dispatch Times
Provided the items are in stock, orders placed before 2pm are in 99% of cases sent the same day and this sometimes extends to 2:30-3pm depending on order volumes on any given day. There can sometimes be rare exceptions to this though so please email beforehand for urgent orders.
Delivery Times
UK
First Class and Recorded Delivery should take 1 working day to be delivered. This however, is dependant on the Royal Mail and packages have been known to take longer. First Class orders are insured up to the amount of £46.
Special Weekday Delivery - Order cut off times vary from day to day but as a rough guide, if an order is placed before 2pm it will arrive the next day. There are however exceptions to this so for urgent deliveries please contact us beforehand to find out whether it will definitely be sent the same day. Special delivery orders are insured up to the amount of £500.
Special Saturday Delivery - This is the same option as above, but should be used if ordering on a friday and a delivery on Saturday is expected.
International
First Class - Orders outside the UK typically take 2-5 days to arrive. This is only a very rough guide though and some orders can take longer. Unfortunately there is no way of tracking orders.
Airsure - This service typically is more efficient than regular first class and usually arrives 1 or 2 days sooner. Airsure is available to the following countries:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
World Zones: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and USA
Orders sent by Airsure are insured up to the amount of £46 unless the £500 insurance option is selected. If Airsure is selected to a country where it is not available then International Signed service will be used instead.
Late/Lost Orders
Although the majority of orders arrive in the times stated above, there are some cases when an order will be late or even lost and this is beyond our control. Orders to the UK are not considered lost until 15 working days from the day it was due to be delivered. International orders are not considered lost until 25 days after the dispatch date. Please do not contact us before this as there will be nothing we can do. Please include the order number and date with any emails concerning missing orders.
An order will be insured up to the amount shown on the delivery option selected. We cannot be held responsible if an item of greater value goes missing. We therefore recommend that our customers purchase additional insurance for larger orders. All international customers are responsible for checking the laws of their country/state before placing an order and if for any reason it is not able to be delivered then a refund (minus postage) will be given only when the package arrives back to us.
